I agree on the treatment of my personal data

In line with Art.13 of the Italian Law Decree 196/2003 regulating treatment of personal data:
Data requested in the Pre-registration Form are collected for the purposes of i) assuming information about the estimated number of participants to the 15th European Conference of Composite Materials (ECCM15), ii) communicating updated information about the Conference organisation and iii) to eventually register the applicant as conference participants and member of Associazione ECCM15 and European Society for Composite Materials. Data will be recorded and stored in electronic and paper format.
The data will not be communicated to other subjects and will not be disseminated among entities others than Associazione ECCM15 and European Society for Composite Materials.
The institution entitled to data treatment is Associazione ECCM15. Responsible for the treatment of data is Dr. Marino Quaresimin.
The applicant will be able anytime to claim his rights related to data protection from the institution entitled to data treatment in accordance with Art. 7 of the Law Decree 196/2003 by sending a written request to the Associazione ECCM15, Stradella S.Nicola - 36100 Vicenza
